Orders & Payment
| How do I place an order? | Browse any collection, select your size and color, and hit Add to Cart. We accept UPI, Cards, and Razorpay. |
| Can I modify or cancel my order? | Since every piece is made on demand, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us immediately at support@knighteagle.co.in with your order number. |
| Is Cash on Delivery available? | We currently accept UPI, Cards, and Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. |
| How do I use a discount code? | Enter your code at checkout in the discount field before completing payment. First-time customers can use EAGLE10 for 10% off. |
Shipping & Delivery
| How long does delivery take? | All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Pan-India delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. |
| Is delivery free? | Yes — free delivery on all orders above ₹999. A small shipping fee applies on orders below ₹999. |
| How do I track my order? | Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime. |
Product & Quality
| What materials do you use? | We use 220–260 GSM premium cotton and cotton-polyester blends. All prints are DTF — fade-resistant, sharp, and built to last. |
| How do I care for my KNIGHTEAGLE piece? | Wash inside-out in cold water. Dry on low heat. Iron inside-out only. Never tumble dry on high — it affects the print and fabric quality. |
| How do I find my size? | Check our detailed Size Guide before ordering. All our fits are unisex oversized — we strongly recommend sizing down if you prefer a regular fit. |
Returns & Exchanges
| Do you accept returns? | All pieces are made to order so we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. |
| What if my order arrives damaged? | Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@knighteagle.co.in. We'll send a full replacement or issue a refund immediately. |
| Can I customize a design? | Yes — we accept bulk custom orders for businesses, events, and teams. Contact us at Contact Us with your requirements. |
