Every KNIGHTEAGLE piece is made on demand — crafted specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We stand fully behind the quality of everything we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — we will make it right, no questions asked.

We don't cut corners. If we did, we'd tell you.

Returns Not accepted — all pieces are made to order
Size Exchange Accepted within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags intact
Damaged / Defective Full replacement or refund — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
Wrong Item Received We'll reship the correct piece immediately at no cost

Size Exchange — How It Works

Not sure about sizing? Check our Size Guide before ordering — we strongly recommend it.

If you need to exchange for a different size:

  1. Email support@knighteagle.co.in within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the size you need
  3. Ship the item back unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact
  4. Once received, we'll dispatch your new size within 48 hours

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. We cover the reshipping cost for the exchanged piece.
